1. The wire should be matched according to the diameter of the inner rope. When the inner rope is twisted, there should be enough space between the outer strands to prevent the inner strands from squeezing each other and deforming when the stainless steel wire rope is in use.
2. The inner rope should be slightly looser when it is produced. Stainless steel wire ropes are mostly twisted in layers. If the inner rope is not twisted well, the strands of the inner rope will be sleeved when twisting the outer rope. At the same time, because the torsion moment of the outer rope is greater than that of the inner rope, the inner rope should be slightly looser when it is produced.
3. The twist pitch multiple of the outer rope is larger than that of the inner rope. Change the twist direction of the inner rope and the twist direction of each layer of strands to reduce the twist pitch of the inner rope. Because the torsion moment of the outer layer rope is greater than the torsion moment of the inner layer rope, the twisting direction and twist pitch multiple of each layer are well controlled, and the stainless steel wire rope after twisting will not show the phenomenon of protruding or shrinking after cutting the head;
4. Stainless steel wire ropes with the same twist direction, the same length and the same strength are produced on a unified machine.
